IEEE802.15.4 Protocol Stack This protocol stack is implemented on TI’s IEEE802.15.4 radio chip. It supports FFD and RFD. It supports star or peer-to-peer operation. It supports beaconed networks. It supports GTS feature. IEEE802.2 is implemented on top of IEEE802.15.4 MAC/PHY. This demo kit includes a FFD device with USB 2.0 interface and a RFD device with RS232 interface. A Windows virtual COM port device driver is developed for the RFD’s RS232 interface. Connection between eeTerminal and RFD’s RS232 interface is realized with this kit.
